Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, you can send the package back to us within 14 days by taking the following steps: 

 

1. Send us within 14 days an email that you are planning to send the package back. This is for us to know that a return will arrive soon. You can email us at retour@molinis.com. Please mention your order number and if you'd like; the reason that you are returning the product. 


2. Print the return form, fill in the asked questions and information and put the return form in your package. You can find the return form here:

3. The last step is to send the package back to us; please note that we are not responsible for the delivery costs of returns. The returning address is on the return form. 

 

Please take good care of the product and return the product in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. 

 

4. After we received the return we will transfer the money within a week back to your banking account. 

 

!! Please don't forget to include the original invoice in the return package.

 

The product must be in the original state, which means:

- the black little card and cord needs to be attached to the pair, if it's cut or broken, we cannot accept the return.
- the white luxury box cannot be damaged and/or have scratches or stains.
